Voxel Tavern
I started Voxel Tavern as a personal project during the summer break, with the main goal of improving my programming skills, especially in game architecture. I wanted to build a small but complete game prototype where I could practice structuring systems, separating responsibilities, and creating a clean gameplay loop.
Voxel Tavern is a cozy mobile voxel tavern management game in development where you play as the tavernkeeper. Guests arrive, sit down, and place simple orders — and it’s up to you to keep everything moving smoothly.
What’s in the current prototype
-
Hands-on serving on mobile: deliver orders directly as the tavernkeeper
-
Ale pouring mini-game: a simple hold / release timing interaction
-
Ready-to-serve food: pick items from the shelf and serve customers
-
Clear guest flow: arrive → wait → dine → leave
-
A warm “dollhouse” tavern view designed for small screens
The goal
A low-stress, pick-up-and-play tavern sim that’s readable at a glance, feels good in short sessions, and grows over time through upgrades and progression.
Planned (future updates)
More drink types, cooking stations, upgrades/expansion, progression, staff, cleaning, quests, and more — but the focus right now is polishing the core serving loop.
Status: Prototype / early development (mobile)
